Established in 1991, Rocky Fork Company is Central Ohio’s premier landscaping and fencing company. With offices in New Albany and Dublin, Rocky Fork offers a comprehensive selection of landscaping services for Columbus Ohio, including commercial and residential fencing, commercial landscape installation and maintenance, and commercial snow removal. Rocky Fork Company is made up of 16 mowing crews, five landscaping crews, and four fencing crews, here to help you beautify and maintain your property.

Amy Tincher
Partner, President
Started with Rocky Fork in 2001
Amy joined Rocky Fork after being in the field of human resources and contract staffing for the previous 8-years. She has worn many hats in her 16-years with the company ranging from office administrations, human resources, training, safety development and administration, advertising/marketing, and sales. Amy’s current primary responsibilities at Rocky Fork Company are managing and measuring the operations of the company, sales, client management, and overseeing the attainment and development of the staff.
Eric Roberts
Partner, Vice President of Operations
Started with Rocky Fork in 2014
A Columbus Ohio native, started out in the industry as an owner/operator residential landscaping company which provided an array of services ranging from mowing, snow removal, and landscaping. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. Eric became involved in logistics and operations management for a New Albany based company after graduating. Eric handles a variety of duties including risk management, estimating, project management, operations and strategic planning.
Scott Qualmann
Partner, Vice President of Sales
Started with Rocky Fork in 2014
Scott graduated from The University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture in 2010. He has been working in the landscape industry in Central Ohio & Kentucky for over 10 years providing high end commercial/residential and equine landscape design services, construction documents and installation management forcustomers. Scott’s primary responsibilities at Rocky Fork Company are sales, estimating & project management for commercial landscape installation and maintenance services.
Doug Weiler
Sr. Operations Manager
Started with Rocky Fork in 2006
Doug attended Otterbein College and has been working in the landscape industry for over 25 years, specializing in turf and fertilization applications. He has worn many hats at Rocky Fork over the years but his current role is overseeing all of our Landscape Install, Landscape Maintenance, Fertilization and Snow Removal operations divisions at our New Albany location. Doug was a 2015 SIMA All-Star, recognized as a top snow removal professional and holds certifications with ONLA (Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association) in Landscape and as a Master Grower.
Brent Gothard
Fence Manager
Started with Rocky Fork in 2016
Brent was born and raised in Thornville Ohio. After high school, Brent joined the US Army where he served for 3 years. After completing his service Brent attended Ohio University where he earned his Associate’s degree in Business Management. He has been in the Fence industry for the past 6 years serving the greater Central Ohio market. His primary duties at Rocky Fork Company are Sales, Estimating and Project Management.
Allison McDowell
Human Resource Manager

Allison attended Franklin University and has a background in human resources and property management. Her primary responsibilities at Rocky Fork Company are recruiting and retaining team members, benefits management, resolving any employee-related matters, and sharing news and directives.
Amy Gambill
Quality Control Supervisor
Started with Rocky Fork in 2011
Amy was born and raised in Utica, Ohio and has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care from the University of Phoenix. She has been in the landscape industry for the past 20 years at Rocky Fork, working her way up the ladder from crew member, to Landscape Foremen and now in her current role as Landscape Enhancement Manger. Amy is the one that helps plan and install all our annual flower displays as well as perennials maintenance and landscape enhancements, so you can thank her for all the color!
Bart Warthman
Operations Supervisor
Started with Rocky Fork in 2010
Bart is from Rockford Ohio, a beautiful small town about 30 miles West of Lima. He attended The Ohio State ATI in Wooster and has worked his way up at RFC from skilled tech to Foreman and now Landscape Manager. Bart is a critical part of the Rocky Fork team and he never will pass up an opportunity to jump on a piece of equipment and help out!
Rebecca Dunn
Accounting / Office Manager

A Central Ohio native, Becci graduated from THE Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a degree in Accounting. She brings over 35 years of experience to the role of Accounting/Office Manager. Becci’s primary responsibilities include the management of company finances, all payables & receivables, and Contract/AIA billing.

Brian Bailey
Founder
Born in Barnesville Ohio, but raised in Central Ohio, Brian started his landscape career in 1988 as a landscape maintenance foreman for a property management company. In 1991 he and a partner started their own company to serve the landscape maintenance, snow removal and fencing needs of commercial clients throughout Central Ohio. Brian says “the people I get to work with every day is what inspires me.” He is active in the community supporting well-being initiatives in local schools. In his spare time Brian works on the pit crew of professional race team, enjoys cycling, flying, deep sea fishing and skiing. He is married to his high school sweetheart, herself a business owner in Columbus. They have 2 adult sons.
