LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SALES PROFESSIONAL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seeks out new business accounts for landscape and landscape maintenance business
• Coordinates with landscape designer to create competitive proposals for new business
• Coordinates with operational management to facilitate completion of work for new accounts
• Responsible for submitting leads tracking, growth reports, and client status reports on a weekly basis
• Positively represents the company at networking, marketing and community events
• Researches and completes all necessary licensing, bonding and other contract requirements for bid proposal packages on new accounts
• Facilitates solicitation and marketing efforts to acquire new business
• Coordinates with all internal management and staff regarding lead tracking and follow-up
• Addresses all customer service and/or service related issues that arise with all new accounts
• Other duties as assigned

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

• This position reports directly to the President

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent field of study and/or combined professional experience
• Prior sales experience and/or sales management experience in the landscape industry is a MUST
• Valid Drivers License
• Advanced English language skills allowing the candidate to read, analyze, and interpret technical information
• Advanced Math skills allowing the candidate to use algebra, geometry and/or statistics
• Advanced Reasoning skills allowing the candidate to draw conclusions with abstract or concrete facts
