408-Plan (Savings/Retirement) |
All benefits are administered based upon the employee meeting the necessary time requirements. In addition, Rocky Fork reserves the right to modify, eliminate, or change any of the listed benefits at anytime and with or without advance notice.
Performance Evaluation - All employees will receive a performance evaluation at 90-days and (1) year of employment. After the 1st anniversary, reviews are conducted annually. Salary increases will be considered annually and based upon the employee's performance. Back to Top
Employee of the Month - Conducted March-November of every year. All employees are listed and voted on by their peers to be selected as the Employee of the Month. The employee with the highest number of votes is selected and is awarded (1) paid day off. Back to Top
Safety Bonus - Each employee is eligible to receive an annual payment for the number of days in that year that the company remained "Accident Free". For every day we are accident free the owner contributes $20.00 in to the pot. At the end of the year, all available monies are divided amongst all the employees. Back to Top
Holiday Pay - Employees are paid (8) hours at their normal hourly rate of pay for the following (6) annual holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Employees must work the scheduled day before and the scheduled day after the observed holiday. Back to Top
Personal Days - Employees earn (1) personal day for every (4) months worked after completing their 90-day probationary period. Personal days are calculated on the anniversary date of the employee until 5-years of employment, at which time they are awarded based on the a calendar basis. Back to Top
Medical Insurance - Currently issued through Anthem. There is a standard life insurance built into this policy as well. Benefits are 100% employee paid for the 1st year of employment. Upon completion of the 1st year, the company will split the cost 75% to the employees 25%. Any benefits to cover a spouse or children is 100% paid by the employee. Back to Top
Prescription Drug Plan - Currently issued through Anthem. This plan does not add any additional cost to the insurance premium. It provides set costs for all prescriptions and has a mail-order plan for prescriptions that are taken on an ongoing basis. Back to Top
Dental Insurance - We are currently using a Direct Reimbursement Plan where 100% of the first $100 is covered and then there is a 50/50 split on additional services with a maximum benefit annually of $1,000.00. Back to Top

Vacation Pay - Employees receive (5) days of vacation after completing (1) year with the company. Employees are given an additional day of vacation on top of the original (5) each year they work for Rocky Fork until they reach 15 days of vacation. Vacation is based on the employee's anniversary date until the 5th year of employment, when it is given on a calendar basis. Back to Top
408-Plan (Savings/Retirement) - Employees are eligible to participate in the plan after completing (2) years of employment. Employees can contribute as much of their income as they wish. The company will match the investment dollar for dollar up to 3%. Employees must select the investment group/account where the funds will be invested; the company does not participate in the investment process. Back to Top
